1 year ago, my soulmate of 36 YEEEARS, got herself a new boyfriend! WTF?? At any rate, out of depression, I gained over 70 POUNDS!! I am now, sloooowly coming out of the grief. I am also, disabled. Any advice as to how to wisely, begin this process? I recently purchased 6 containers of the “fit2fat2fit” green detox powder. DRANK MY FIRST GLASS this morning!! But, I need help! I neeeeed to lose 100 pounds!
