I’ve be implementing intermittent fasting, so far so good, and is easy enough since I’m sleeping for 8 of those hours but I do have a question…
I’ve been taught that if you allow your body to go hungry for so long it will slow down your metabolism and your body goes into survival mode by burning muscle instead of fat. If this is true, isn’t that counterproductive for building muscle and burning fat or am I misunderstanding something?
