How important is it to count macros?
I’m on the keto diet plus the intermittent fasting. I’m eating 16 hours daily and lost 21lbs on the first 30 days.
Now I’ve kinda plateaued. I haven’t started exercising because I have gout and just recently suffered an attack 4 weeks ago but it’s still lingering around.
I’ve always been told breakfast was the most important meal of the day. But I always felt lethergy and gained weight when I ate breakfast. So I usually skip breakfast and eat around 11 am for my first meal of the day. I’ve been practicing intermittent fasting all this time and didn’t even realize it!
How was intermittent fasting done?
I feel so much better with fasting! I am Keto and I eat all of my calories for the day by 1 pm {usually}. Yes, I count macros as well. That is very important! My energy level is through the roof and I feel better in general.
