Today we're actually going to talk about a question that I get all the time.
People are always DMing me, "Los, what do I do if I'm stalled on my weight loss? I'm doing this, I'm doing that, but I'm stuck on my weight loss."
In the video I talk about why that could be, and what to do, what not to do, what makes sense.
I would challenge most people, let's say out of a 100 I would say 95 percent of those people are not doing this. You're probably not actually counting your macros. You're kind of eating clean, which is cool, fine, it's a lifestyle, so you can do that, but if you hit a plateau I would probably go back and be like, "How much am I eating every day? What are my calories, what should my calories be at?"
