It can be difficult to stick with your diet during the holidays, but it's not impossible. These Zucchini Spider Pizzas are the perfect keto-friendly treat that anyone can enjoy! Best of all, they're super simple to make and bake in less than 10 minutes!

Ingredients:
- 1 medium zucchini, sliced into 12 slices
- 1/4 cup pizza sauce
- 3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 12 black olives pitted
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper and spray with nonstick cooking spray.
- Lay the sliced zucchini on the baking sheet and spread pizza sauce, distribute evenly between the slices.
- Sprinkle each slice with about a tablespoon of mozzarella cheese
- Cut each olive in half. Top each zucchini slice with 1/2 of the olive. Slice the remaining half into "legs" and place them on each side of the olive.
- Bake the zucchini in a preheated oven for 5-8 minutes or until cheese is melted and lightly browned.
