My 30 Day Bone Broth Diet!


So a little over a month ago Kettle & Fire sent me a TON of bone broth. When they told me they were sending me some I was expecting maybe 1 or 2 bottles, instead they sent 2 very large boxes filled to the brim with bone broth!

Since they sent me literally a mountain full of bone broth, I decided I would add it into my daily routine and document the effects over 30 days. Every morning for 30 days I drank 1 cup and to be honest, even I wasn’t expecting the results I saw.

As many of you know, I’ve only been out of shape once ever in my life and that was on purpose when I did my Fit2Fat2Fit challenge where I intentionally put on 75lbs and lost it within a year. So even though I know all the wonderful benefits of bone broth, to be honest I didn’t think there would be a massive change just because I live such a healthy lifestyle already.

Below I’ve documented my 30-day mind blowing journey with Kettle & Fire’s bone broth.

But first, What’s so great about bone broth?

Day 1 – Started my bone broth journey with 1 cup, straight out of the box from the fridge… tasted great!

Day 5 – Almost 1 week down. Tastes great, easy to add to my daily routine and its benefitting my body. With how easy this addition has been, so far I see no reason to not drink it.

Day 7 – Today marks my 7th cup of bone broth. Could just be that I’m in a really good mood after a morning hike, but I do feel overall better then I usually do… the bone broth perhaps?

Day 10 – Starting to notice the increase in my immune system. Weather has been crappy and cold since my hike I’ve been running around all week super busy yet I’m feeling really good. Definitely the bone broth!

Day 15 – I know bone broth is packed with collagen, but I didn’t think I’d notice my nails clearing up here.. I don’t have the best habits with my nails ha, but this is helping with it!

Day 20 – Been going hard in the gym the past few days and I’ve noticed my joints not hurt as much as they have before. Loving these added benefits of just sipping 1 cup on broth a day!

Day 22 – Joint pain from my intense gym sessions is gone, this for me is big. I usually sometimes have to take 3-5 days off if I push too hard. This was amazing that I feel so good just 2 days after a couple power sessions.

Day 25 – Continued joint improvement and further improvement with my nails, skin and hair all looking and feeling healthier J

Day 28 – Almost day 30 and I’m starting to feel the improvements in digestion. It’s taken almost 30 days to feel these effects, but I can finally feel the effect of the collagen healing and reducing intestinal inflammation. Gross I know, but hey… that’s why I’m testing out this 30-day journey.

Day 30 – After 30 days of drinking bone broth I can honestly say I didn’t expect the results I’ve had. I’ve also come to really enjoy adding bone broth to my morning routine. See below for results.

  • Overall improved joint mobility and health. As you could guess, I work out A LOT and yes even my joints hurt sometimes if I overdo it. Going into my 3rd week I could seriously feel the difference on my joints in the gym!
