How can I know the status of my order?
After making your purchase, you would have received an email with your order details, including tracking and shipping information. Be sure to check your spam or promotions folders in your email as this information could have been bumped there. Also, please note that due to COVID many major carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, Amazon, etc.) are experiencing delays due to the current pandemic. There has also been a recent increase in volume. (USPS is seeing an 80% increase in volume over this time compared to last year.) Because of these factors, there is a high chance of delays.
I was notified that some of the items I purchased are out of stock, when will I get my items?
We apologize for any inconvenience that has been caused due to your product being out of stock. Unfortunately, there are occasions when a delay occurs between our Stock Availability and our website. Be sure you check your email as we are working very closely with our customers to ensure you get your items or replacement items for the products that are out of stock. Check your spam folders to ensure our emails are not being bumped there, otherwise contact us directly at support@completewellness.com.
My order has been in the same place for 5 days. Is it lost?
We’re working closely with all carriers to ensure all packages get delivered. In most situations, the packages arrive 2-9 business days later than the "estimated delivery date." USPS has also informed us that if a package seems "stuck" in one location for a while, it is probably because the next step in the shipping process --either a processing or distribution center or mail carrier-- is at or near capacity. They don't consider packages lost until they have had no scans for 15 days. We apologize for this delay; we know you are eager to receive your order. We are eager for you to get it too! How do I use MCT and what is it good for?
MCT is short for Medium Chain Tryglycerides, they are a chain of fat from coconut oil. MCT’s help naturally boost ketones. With our product, we have been able to concentrate it into a powder form which will help you get in extra fat without digestion distress of traditional MCT oil. Our MCT is particularly great in coffee, herbal tea, smoothies, or in a protein shake.
How do I use BHB’s and what is their benefit?
BHB’s stand for Beta-Hydroxybutyrate. These help put your body into a simulated state of ketosis. This in turn will give you a natural source of energy, a boost in brain clarity, focus, and boost your body into ketosis. These are a great way to help you avoid the keto flu since it also has all the necessary electrolytes needed for a ketogenic lifestyle. We recommend taking these prior to a workout, during an afternoon slump, or first thing in the morning. It is best to avoid taking these after 5:00 pm to avoid sleep interruptions.
What makes your Rush pre-workout different from others?
We are particularly proud of our pre-workout, Rush! It is a unique formula we created to not only provide you great energy for your workouts but also give you numerous vitamins and antioxidants from a blend of berries and mushrooms. What are the benefits to using probiotics?
Our gut is made up of millions of different types of bacteria. When we over consume items that may not be so great for your gut health we are feeding the chains of bad bacteria that can ultimately lead to digestive distress, bloating, cramping, or constipation. But, when we eat foods that fuel our body and are rich with vitamins and minerals, we are helping get rid of that bad bacteria and feed the good bacteria that keeps our digestive system regular and thriving. Sometimes, you might need an extra boost from outside help. That is where probiotics come into play. Our probiotics feed that good bacteria to help get things regular and healthy again. If you have bloating, cramping, or an irregular bowel system, probiotics can help get things regular again! How often can I take the Keto Meal?
Our Keto Meal is a great alternative if you are out and about and might not have time to have a meal. Or if you simply aren’t that hungry but need to get a little something in to hold you over. Our meal replacement is meant to be had in place of food, but you should limit this to only once a day. It is still important to get your vitamins and nutrients from whole foods for a majority of your meals.
Some of the items I purchased hurt my stomach, what do I do?
Some items, like MCT or BHB’s can cause some digestion distress if you are particularly sensitive, new to keto, or may be taking too much. The first thing we would recommend is to ensure you are not overconsuming the products. We recommend limiting MCT and BHB’s to just 1-2 scoops a day. MCT is a healthy fat that can cause an upset stomach if taken in excess. Our BHB formula is loaded with electrolytes to help fight off keto flu symptoms, which if also over consumed can cause diarrhea. If a single serving of these items may hurt your stomach, we recommend beginning with a half serving until you have transitioned into ketosis and have built up a tolerance.
Are your products subscription based or can I just order one time?
All of our products can either be ordered just once or set up on a convenient monthly subscription so you can get your favorite products delivered to you without having to remember to order more! You can choose whichever system works best for you.
I haven’t lost any weight while using these supplements, why not?
All our products are created to be used simply as a tool in addition to a healthy lifestyle. We cannot guarantee that the use of our products alone will result in weight loss. However, if implemented correctly with a healthy diet and regular exercise weight loss could be a byproduct of all your hard work!
What if I don’t think the supplements are working, what should I do?
There are many factors to consider when using our products. Are they being used correctly and consistently? Are you also exercising and eating a healthy diet? Supplements are a useful tool to help aid you on your health and wellness journey, but they are not meant to be used alone. Always pair our products with a healthy lifestyle and use as directed to see the best results.
How do I access my subscription information?
You may manage your subscription from your online account with Complete Wellness. In the top right corner, you can login/access your account. From there, click on "My Account", then to the right of the screen you will see a box titled, "My Subscriptions." There you can adjust and change subscriptions as needed.
