All of our products are made with only the highest quality ingredients and undergo extensive testing to ensure you receive the BEST possible products. If you find that you are not happy with your purchase, we are here to help you get it right.
If you wish to return any of your purchases, please contact support@completewellness.com - and you will be provided with instructions on how to complete a return.
To receive a refund, you must:
Return your products to our warehouse (shipping information will be provided to you by Support@completewellness.com)
Provide proof of shipping & a tracking number
Include your order slip inside your package to ensure it is received
You are responsible for shipping costs and providing proof of return. We cannot track returns or offer refunds that do not meet all of the requirements mentioned above. Unfortunately, we will not be able to accept your return or provide a refund if the above criteria are not met.
*If you decide to return your UNOPENED products, you will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
*If you decide to return your OPENED products, you will be charged a 20% open container fee.
The restocking fees will be deducted from your total refund amount.
Alternatively, if you would like to exchange your product(s) for another flavor/product, we are happy to provide a one-time exchange. To exchange a product, please contact support@completewellness.com and our team of qualified Customer Service agents will provide you with the instructions of how to exchange your product.
Refunds will be processed once we receive proof of receipt from our warehouse; this can take up to 15 business days from the time you ship it. Upon confirmation, refunds will be processed to the original payment method only. Please allow up to 10 business days for this to post to your account.
